I'm really worried about my brother. I am feared that of he would do something wrong, or to himself.

Now, no one is willing to help him except himself. If he recognize that he may have some pyschological fault. I'm thinking what if he ask me about the "watcher". What about my opinion. If I said that I agree with him, that may make the situation more tough and and harder to pull him back. If I disagree with him I may loss his trust and he think he's alone, helpless. That also worse the happen. If I do nothing. Then the answer will be automatically "disagreed" with him.

His status is now purple to red. I don't know what to do. I'm afraid something will happened!

The only way to help is his friends. If he do have good friends. They may discovered his problem and persuade him to see the doctor.

He still think that he doesn't sick. He is very normal. To his behaviour, I think he have mild persecution complex. And if it doesn't get any help I think it will casue serious problem as I said.
