Version Update 1.2.8b

Sorry for the late update. I was concerned about the performance of the app.
I am going to rewrite some of the effects with DirectX. So it will be even longer to release the next version.
If you can't wait. Just send request for the testing channel instead. It will be updated faster ( but more unstable ).

BookInfoView:
- Brightened the color of RelativeShadesBrush, this will affect the font colooTable of contents font color
